How soon can the room be occupied?


The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of the arrival. Naturally all other services will be available, should our guests arrive earlier.

When does the room have to be cleared?


The room has to be cleared until 10:00 on the day of departure. Should our guests desire to stay longer at the hotel, we can assist in storing the luggage, or there is the possibility of requesting an extension for extra charge.

Which are the basic facilities of a hotel room?


All rooms have a bathroom, satellite TV, telephone and refrigerators. We can also provide our guests in limited amounts with portable air conditioners in our Superior category rooms.

Does the hotel provide bath robes?


Our hotel provides bath robes for 450 HUF / Pers. / session to our guests during their stay here.

Is there any possibility to request extra beds?


Our Superior category rooms can be equipped with two extra beds. You can find the prices for the extra beds listed under prices and package prices.
Our Classic category rooms can be connected in limited numbers via a large family size bedroom.

What baby equipment/facilities can the hotel provide?


Our hotel can provide baby beds or baby tubs upon prior request. We encourage our guests to indicate such requests to our receptionists in time.

What is the amount of the child discount?


We offer free accommodation and meals for children up to 6 years staying in the same room with their parents, whereas children between ages 7 to 12 staying in the same room with their parents benefit of a 50% discount.

Our half board service includes breakfast buffet and dinner buffet (if the number of guests is above 20 people).

What parking possibilities does the hotel provide?


We offer parking possibility for our guests in the guarded parking lot of our hotel for a fee of 1800 HUF/vehicle/night. Should our guests desire to use the parking lot, we encourage them to contact us about it. The hotel can be reached by car via Hatvan street.
